To answer this question, the television series presents iconic photos that form a fascinating collection of the history of this art in the country and propose its reinterpretation through the eyes of contemporary photographers. In a time when images are often reproduced thousands of times on social networks, this documentary series for television sets out to rediscover the magic that the art of photography has brought since its inception, returning to the more rudimentary techniques. In each episode, the host of the series Milton Guran invites a renowned photographer to immerse themselves in the history of photography in Brazil. Starting from a famous image, they reveal more about the work of the original author of the image, the production context of the chosen photo in relation to the work of other artists and analyze the photography of the period.
